Joe Blados folded a piece of foam in half, glued it to a hook, and accidentally created one of the most effective topwater saltwater patterns ever conceived. The Crease Fly slides across the surface with a side-to-side wobble that looks exactly like a baitfish making its last bad decision. Stripers crush it with the authority of apex predators, and false albacore slash through it at speed. The foam construction means it survives bluefish, which is more than most marriages survive Thanksgiving.
