Joe Blados took a piece of foam, folded it in half, and created a topwater fly that swims with the erratic desperation of a baitfish in full panic mode. The hinged body rocks and wobbles on the strip, throwing spray and commotion that pulls predators from across the flat. Jack crevalle hit this fly like they are personally offended by its existence.
