Product Sourcing

Our flies are sourced from specialist fly tiers across America and select independent source leads. The current public site is a Flybox and research experience. Purchasing, fulfillment, and subscription checkout are not active until we complete supplier, inventory, and payment QA.

Availability & Sourcing

The public Flybox does not show TWG prices and is not a live offer to sell. External source links may point to independent tiers or shops whose availability, pricing, shipping, and terms are controlled by those sellers. Confirm details directly before purchasing from any third party.

Referral Links & Vendor Relationships

An "exact match verified" label means that we checked a live product page and found that its displayed product name matched the catalog pattern at the stated review date. It does not guarantee future availability, size, color, price, materials, or suitability for a particular fishing situation.

Vendors are independent businesses unless a link is expressly labeled vendor-approved, affiliate, or sponsored. A profile or independent reference does not mean the vendor endorses, sponsors, or is formally affiliated with The Woolly Gentleman.

TWG currently receives no commission from published referral links. If that changes, the paid or affiliate relationship will be disclosed clearly beside the relevant link.

Fly Boxes

Fly boxes and state boxes are not currently for sale. Any box pages or references are previews of a future program and do not create a subscription, reservation, or billing relationship.

When boxes launch, billing cadence, cancellation rights, contents, shipping, and refund terms will be stated clearly before checkout.

Shipping

No public shipping or delivery commitments are active while purchasing is disabled. Shipping methods, costs, handling times, and geographic availability will be finalized before checkout opens.

We do not currently accept international orders. Future Alaska, Hawaii, and international availability will depend on fulfillment readiness and carrier costs.

Returns & Refunds

Because purchasing is not active, no current public return or refund workflow applies. Before sales open, we will publish the specific return, defect, refund, and replacement standards for each product type.

Any future guarantee will apply only after it is shown at checkout or stated in the active terms for the relevant product.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, fly descriptions, articles, and photography — is the property of The Woolly Gentleman unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Woolly Gentleman provides Flybox information, regional decisioning, and recreational guidance. We make no guarantees about catch rates. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on Flybox information.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service in question. If no purchase was made, that amount is zero.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
