The result is Bob's Banger -- a hard-foam popper with a cupped face that chugs, pops, and generally carries on like a baitfish having the worst day of its life. Stripers hear it, see it, and attack it with a fury that suggests deep personal offense. If the Crease Fly is a whisper, the Banger is a shout, and some mornings, volume is what you need.
